Raising 3 kids and making sure they had support and the love that needed to succeed. They gave me the same so I could go into business.

My most rewarding part of being a mom is I'm able to see my kids become adults. Losing my mom when I was 14 years old was so hard for me. To see them have their teenagers years unlike me because I had to work to take care of myself was so important to me. The encouragement and support I got from them when I told them I will retire early from my job to become an business owner was ebullient. To able to travel with them or spend quality time them is a dream come true.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?When all 3 of my kids came together to make me mother's dinner. My son hasn't been home in years due to his career overseas. It wasn't about the gifts; it was the quality time.
What would you do with $20,000?I would fly my daughters and I to see their brother play a basketball game overseas. They will get to see his world from the sidelines instead of having to see his post on social media. It's experience I think they will never forget and appreciate.
