Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Knowing I grew my baby for 9 whole months and now being a powerful and influential guide in his life as I watch him grow into his own person is a huge reward.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

I will never forget the day he was born. I went through a stressful 24hr labor with different complications. In the end, my body did what it was meant to do and I was able to bring a healthy baby boy into this world. The feeling of seeing him and holding him for the first time is something I will never forget.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would pay off doctor bills for my baby which would help greatly reduce one factor of stress as a single mother. After that, I would put a portion of the money in a bank account for him to set him up for success early on. I would give back to my mom, who is always there to help care for my son so I can work and provide for him. I would also spend a little on something special for him or a mommy and me weekend vacation to make more special memories together! 🩵
