Finally deciding to take care of myself (for myself) to be the best version of myself for my son.

Uncovering dormant parts of myself. Before becoming a mom I did a lot of self sacrificing. That of course continued after giving birth. Being a mom has showed me that all of me, all my parts, are worthy of love. This love overflows to my son who thrives everyday.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?I lost my mom to violence when I was 20 years old. Not having her around for this new chapter in my life has been hard. One night I was rocking my son to sleep while crying out a silent prayer. My son ,while asleep, raised his hand to my chest and smiled. I knew immediately that I wasn't alone and completely supported. From that day on I continue to see the love and support in everyone.
What would you do with $20,000?I will invest in myself. Yes, pay off some minor debt too. But ultimately use the money to forward my business - which is helping women to uncover their natural talents to improve all aspects of life.
