I'm a widow for several years now.My children are sixteen and twins. One is autistic bipolar. The other is autistic schizophrenic. It's hard.
We would like to thank you for supporting Summer Sams in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
Normally it's something simple, a true smile or a hug on a harder day. Their love is the most rewarding everyday though.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? This will sound weird, but it's when my children got diagnosed. It was hard not knowing what was going on and having no answer. The look of relief on my children's face when they got answers. That they knew there was a real reason the way they acted.
What would you do with $20,000?We recently lost the house we were buying because of death and surgeries, all kinds of stuff, so I would put almost all of it towards rent so I wouldn't have to worry. And a small mini vacation doing something my children would love.
