The most rewarding part of being a mom is witnessing my children blossom in their own incredible ways. With my autistic daughter, every small victory whether it’s a new word, a smile, or a moment of connection feels like such a precious gift. And with my newborn son, those quiet, peaceful moments when he looks up at me with trust in his eyes, knowing he feels safe, are everything. Even when things get tough, those little glimpses of progress and love remind me why being their mom is a blessing.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?I’ll never forget is when my daughter, who doesn’t always express herself in typical ways, looked at me and said “I love you” without prompting. It was so simple, but it meant the world to me. It was a breakthrough moment one of those times that makes all the tears, therapy sessions, and sleepless nights feel so worth it. I’ll carry that moment with me forever. Also, The day my newborn smiled at her big sister. It was pure love, a moment of connection that showed how powerful their bond is.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d finally take the first big step toward buying a home for my family and me a place that’s truly ours. Somewhere they can feel safe, grow up surrounded by love, and know that no matter what life throws at us, we’ll always have our little corner of the world. It’s not just a house it’s peace of mind, a fresh start, and the kind of stability I’ve always dreamed of giving them. That money would help turn a dream into a reality.
