Witnessing my children’s growth, learning abilities and reaching milestones, as well as the profound love and connection between us. The immense joy and pride, especially with my oldest, who is deaf with cochlear implants. The bond we share is indescribable—the strongest, most meaningful relationship in my life, filled with love, compassion, and understanding. Nurturing my children, providing for their needs and helping them thrive. I am who I am today because of my children.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?I wish I could choose just one memory from all the wonderful ones we’ve shared over the years. Each one holds a special place in my heart, as they represent different milestones in our lives. One memory that sticks out the most is my oldest cochlear implant surgery and hearing my voice for the very first time and when my youngest had to learn sign language in order to communicate with her brother. All the memories are very precious and heartfelt to us.
What would you do with $20,000?I would assist or establish service programs for the Deaf community, contribute to my local church, and support my family who have been supporting me being a stay-at-home mom.
