I had a brain aneurysm & my daughter was with me through it at age 3. Im a SM because I can be present and loving in the toughest situation
We would like to thank you for supporting Stacie Gillian in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
Seeing how independent my daughter is able to be. It amazes me every day. I’m the definition of a helicopter mom, greatly due to a lot of trauma and fear from my experiences with her father. DESPITE my anxiousness she is strong, vocal, clear in her desires and capable.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? The day my daughter reminded me, when she was 5 years old, that she was too big to sleep in the bed with me. AND that even though her father was trying to take full custody of her, that I had nothing to be afraid of. That we would always be safe and together.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use part to pay off my legal debt from family court, and part I would donate to another mom that might be in need. At least some amount would go into my daughter’s college fund.
