Seeing my kids grow into their own unique selves. Watching them learn, and learning with them. Watching them discover and overcome challenges. Being their biggest supporter.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

Moments of love, laughter, and connection. I have so many amazing memories of my kids I can’t think of just one. One memory I will never forget is when they started attending a grief camp after dad passed away, they were worried about leaving me for a week. But when they got back home, they were so happy and made friends that shared a similar loss, and have been attending the camp ever since, and hoping to volunteer when they get older.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would invest it in my children’s future. As a widow mom of two, providing them with a strong education is one of my top priorities. I would place the funds into a college savings accounts, dividing the amount equally between both of my kids.
