I have been chronically ill for the past 11 years. My kids give me a reason to live every day, even when I feel like giving up. The saved me
We would like to thank you for supporting Sheri Jimenez in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching my kids’ dreams come true. My oldest is about to be a senior in a top university, my middle is about to head off to his dream university, and my youngest has overcome so much. Watching my children come into themselves, and achieving their goals is the best feeling. Knowing that I broke the cycles of generational poverty, trama, and abuse giving them the very best life and unlimited opportunities for their future is the most rewarding.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? One memory of my kids I will never forget is singing Bohemian Rhapsody in the car. It never fails that we all sing the song together any time it comes on. We have done this since they were little and it never gets old. It is my most cherished thing to do.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use the $20,000 to remodel our bathrooms. The one in my room has gotten to the point where there is a hole in the ground. The bathrooms needs everything replaced because it no longer comes clean. My priority is the kid’s bathroom and then mine. If there was anything left I would do my bedroom since it’s the last space on my priority list. We’ve redone their rooms one by one whenever we are able to get the money together. I want a nice clean space for them above all else.
