Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The best part about being a mom is that overwhelming feeling of pure joy you experience just by looking at your children. Your heart overflows with love and you have no idea how you even existed without them.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

The first time I saw my oldest daughter, Chloe, hold her baby sister, Casper. Chloe never wanted a sibling growing up and she was not excited about me having another child. While he father may be in her life, he is not present nor does he make her a priority so Chloe was afraid of losing me. The day Casper was born and my daughter held her for the first time, she instantly fell in love and hasn't wanted to put her down since. Watching my oldest grow in love has been so magical.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use some of that money to pay off what little bills I have and then use the rest to stay home a little longer with both of my girls. I do not get paid maternity leave being a hair stylist. I had to return to work when my oldest was 5 weeks old because her father refused to work. I am scheduled to return to work in May after having my second and would like to be able to have more time with both of my girls where I can just be there for them.
