What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Seeing them grow up into wonderful adults. My kids are 22,20,16, and 9, so all in various stages of education and life. The oldest will be graduating with a civil engineering degree from UT Austin in a year and the next son plays football for Dartmouth College and is a sophomore. The youngest son is learning to drive, and the princess loves to cheer and is in 3rd grade. I love game nights and always being their biggest cheerleader, and also their comforter when they need it.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

There are so many to choose from! About 4 years ago on Mother's Day, they surprised me by making breakfast (my middle chopped the eggs so much they were mush), But they are all excellent cooks now! They even got me a $25 spa gift card. I definitely remember milestones with each one, and silly mishaps that have happened along the way that we can all laugh about now. Oh and all the road trips for sports that we always made a vacation.

What would you do with $20,000?

Get some much needed work done on my house, or pay the last year of my oldest 's school so I don't have to take another loan out since I'm already up to my eyeballs with loans for he and his brother. Or I could be super irresponsible and take all of us to Japan, which my my middle son studied there last summer, and plans to go back. They are begging to go.
