What makes me a super mom is that I always show up for my son. No matter what, he comes first and mommy will always be there.
We would like to thank you for supporting Savannah Garay in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
The most rewarding part of being a mom is that I get to watch my little one learn and grow everyday firsthand. I get to experience every milestone with him. I get to be there for it all and just soak up every moment with him and show him how loved he is each and every day. I get to give him an amazing childhood with two parents he can always count on.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? One memory of my baby that I’ll never forget is breastfeeding. It was the best bonding experience. I have been breastfeeding for 11 months so far. I’ve had a lot of ups and downs with my supply but my baby boy was a champ at breastfeeding! He latched amazingly from day one. I’ll never forget when he started to make eye contact with me during feedings and then when he would touch my face and make that connection. And my favorite thing of all was when he would pause nursing and smile up at me!
What would you do with $20,000?I would put it towards a down payment on our first home. We live with my mom right now in an upstairs apartment and as much as I love having the extra helping hands and our beautiful home, I want somewhere that my husband and I can call OUR home of our own to raise our son Mateo and our future babies in.
