Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom is knowing that no matter the circumstances the kids and I have been handed, I’m doing the best that I can everyday to give my kids the childhood I believe they deserve. Together, we are designing a life we love full of cherished memories. I remind myself daily that there is no do over when it comes to parenting. I have one shot at raising my kids and I’m very intentional with my mom role.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

I will never forget traveling with my kids! I want to give my kids the gift of experiences and let them explore different areas of the world. One specific trip that stands out to me is our voyage out west. We hiked Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, and the Narrows in Zion. We went sand boarding in Utah and finished our trip with one night on the Vegas strip. This was a trip of a life time that none of us will forget!

What would you do with $20,000?

It sounds lame, but I would use most of it to fix broken things around my house or put towards kid expenses. I would probably put some aside to take the kids on a trip to see a National Park as well. There is talk amongst the kids about wanting to explore Grand Teton and Yellowstone.
