I had my first son at 16. He had a liver transplant at 9 months old. I’ve been a single mom but have 3 grown healthy boys 💕

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?When we went on our first trip as a family. I hadn’t been able to ever afford a vacation for them. When we went is was an amazing experience.
