Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Being able to nurture each of my 7 children’s unique personalities to shine in their own way. I see how when children feel loved and safe they can even be a source of love and compassion for others, including for me. We have a good relationship and a lot of fun together as well.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

I love visiting new places with my children. Road trips and vacations have always been a highlight. In 2024 I took all 7 of my children to the Caribbean to Trinidad and Tobago. The same day we landed, we drove to the beach in time to catch sunset. We got into the water as the stars were coming out. I held their hands and showed them how to ride the waves and I told them life is similar, that it will throw us ups and downs, but being together always makes it so much better!

What would you do with $20,000?

Travel! Also Put it towards my vision to start my own retreat company where I can host healing workshops that teach other moms how to balance responsibilities, take care of themselves and live with mindfulness
