What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

One of the greatest rewards of becoming a parent is experiencing unconditional love and affection the kind of love that disregards the trivial flaws because your very existence is everything that matters. The bond between a parent and child is unparalleled.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

I can’t answer this question with just one moment or memory. The things that really move me are the simple parts of life. Hearing their laughter. Watching them sleep. Soothing them and being soothed in our time of pain or illness. Little ideas and adventures crop up everyday. We plan we scheme we giggle and we argue. We go for walks and play with animals. We live a quiet and simple life. Usually peaceful safe and forgiving!! My kids are my world.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would thank our Heavenly Father god for the blessings he has provided and that I already claimed. As a single mother of 6, I would pay towards an apartment/ home big enough to fit all my children in. I would create a shack and feed the community, I am a chef who would appreciate her own space. A chance to finally breathe, I had everything stripped away from me but my children are the ones that kept me afloat. I owe them my life. This would break the trauma my kids endured being in foster care.
