Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Watching them grow and being able to continue to be a present parent. They constantly say how strong and smart I am and everything I do is for them. I lost my mother and husband in 3 year span andit was one of the hardest things I've had to go through. But I have been able to go to college to further my career, buy my children a home, start a small business, volunteer as a coach, and become a referee for basketball. I have a full plate but continue to push forward for my family.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

It's hard to narrow it down to just one. We have been through a lot of loss but have continued to persevere together. One memory I will never forget is when we went to Disney world. The kids had so much fun and it was worth all the money.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would take a dream vacation with my children and invest the rest.
