We would like to thank you for supporting Ronisha Rice in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.

What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

My greatest reward is seeing my kids succeed and seeing them break barriers I once faced, knowing that I've given them a foundation to go even further than I have.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

One memory I’ll never forget is my children watching me push through every late night, every sacrifice, and every challenge to earn my Master’s in Public and Health Administration—with honors. They saw the struggle firsthand—juggling work, motherhood, and school—but more importantly, they saw me persevere. The moment I walked across that stage, I wasn’t just celebrating a degree,I was showing my three children that no obstacle is too big, no dream is out of reach, and that hard work pays off.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I were awarded $20,000, I’d launch a nonprofit to help parents balance parenting, work, trauma, and legacy-building. As a mother, I know the struggle of doing it all while healing and growing. I’ve seen friends face the pain of losing a child and want to help parents rebuild joy. This nonprofit would provide mental wellness, financial literacy, and support. I’d also do something amazing with my kids to show them that giving back and dreaming big go hand in hand.
