Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

I can honestly say having 2 kids that 12 years apart is very difficult at times but there bond is immaculate I wish I had with my 9 siblings . It makes me want to be a better mom that what I had . Setting an example for my kids to follow . My daughter encouraged me to go back to college to further my education. My son so energetic you can never be tired around him . I just love the title mom it warms my heart to hear my kids tell me how much they love me n how proud they are from my upbringing .

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

With my daughter my greatest memory of all times , I came from work my daughter heard my mom attack me I went in the room crying in tears she held me tight and said mommy it’s ok you can have my lunch money so we can go buy ourselves a house to get away from this she wiped my tears and said I’m ready . My son oh man his first words was mama and surprisingly I was recording at that time so i caught it all . Overall there whole life is a memory I’ll never forget .

What would you do with $20,000?

Honestly I would put 3 thousand in each of my kids accounts to start saving up for college . I owe my landlord 4 months of rent due to my hours not being enough so I’ll pay that off and invest in a little car so I can move around to make deliveries to make more money to maintain my household since it’s just me and my kids alone . Paying off my bills is very important to me so my kids n I don’t have to worry about getting evicted and being homeless again . Life is hard but I keep going for mykids
