I am a stay at home mom of 4 kids, 9, 7, 5, and 7 months. Our last baby was a surprise a year after I had a tubal ligation surgery.

What would you do with $20,000?Pay off our house and our credit cards. I would love to be able to put Flooring in our home as we have only sub floor right now.
