What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

I love when my kids show appreciation, it is also super rewarding to see them do well. My oldest got a scholarship to college and my oldest daughter is an honor student. The biggest reward as a parent is to see success on your children despite odds and imperfections.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

I have so many, but when they would see people who were in need, they would give, money, bottled water, whatever they could think of. Another big memory was our beach vacation, there haven’t been many of those but I tried!

What would you do with $20,000?

I always give back so I would tithe my 10% & find another single mom to help with her kids whether that be to give her some money or buy her and her household either things they really need OR something they really want that is within my reach, i.e bikes for the whole family, or a large grocery card. But I would solidify my housing situation. I’m in a nice house but I don’t own it. Long story. We need a home! I would also like to give back to the hospital my son was treated at. Another story!
