Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom for me is knowing that I’m able to provide for my two kids and give them the resources they need to follow their dreams. I work two jobs to make sure they have everything they need, and while it’s a lot of hard work, it’s all worth it to see them thrive. What truly motivates me is being the best example I can be for them, showing them that no matter the challenges, anything is possible if you put in the effort. It’s an accomplishment I hold dear every day,

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

We took a family vacation where we got to enjoy time away for the constant day to day stresses and hard schedules. Able to just enjoy each other and feel all the love we have for one another. My kids at the end of the trip thanked me and told me I was the best because they knew I work so much to be able to give them these things. Sometimes even sacrificing quality time. It is truly a blessing to have the memory of them just innocently appreciating what I do and how much they love me.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would most likely search for a home to help my family settle in a space we can begin to call ours. Something I can leave behind for them when I’m gone. It may not pay it off but it’ll help us start. I would also be able to maybe take a little small vacation from working and give them some family time they very much need.
