I work full time and own my own business all while being a single mom can take its toll. I try to balance everything with a smile and grace.

What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part for me has been to see the direct impact that I can have on my little ones. I see how kind and caring they are for each other and it reminds me how important a mothers job truly is. Dealing with a contentious divorce and having young children can be very difficult, but I feel blessed everyday to see how resilient my children are. I love being a safe and soft space for them, whether it is emotionally or physically knowing that my kids can come to me with anything.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

I hope they never forget how hard mommy worked to heal and to become the best version of myself for them. As for a single memory I hope they never forget the first time they got to meet my Dad (Gpa). My father lives abroad and he wasn't able to meet them until last year when they were 3 and 2. I hope they never forget the love and joy in that moment so that they know no matter how far the distance they are loved unconditionally.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use that to pay off some of my debt, divorce can be extremely expensive and it was crippling to my savings. I would also plan a family vacation so that they could spend some time with my dad who doesn't live in the US. I would also try to get a bigger vehicle, bikes, carseats, and stolllers take up a lot of room and a bigger car would make it easier on our day to day routine.
