It’s so many but my top two things that remind me that I’m doing a good job is 1 when someone compliments how smart and well behaved my kids are and 2 when I’m having a moment and my kids comfort me the way I would comfort them in their times of distress. Kids live what they learn so for them to recite the kind words I tell them makes my heart smile.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?Christmas morning 2024, was something I’ll never forget because I worked for months slowly getting them gifts and hiding them excited for their reactions. When they finally opened their gifts my daughter (3) looked up at me and told me I was her BEST friend and she says it all the time but in that moment it meant 1000x more to me because I felt like all my hard work paid off
What would you do with $20,000?A down payment on a house for me and my kids!! We would finally have our own space and they could have their own rooms
