Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Mommy guilt voice is real and the mind can be so harsh on us so I think one of them is seeing the fruit of your labor, when you see that they have learned something that you thought they wouldnt learn and/or they are turning out to be such good individuals and you worried and wanted for them to be happy and to be a light in this world where there is so much darkness… that is one of the most rewarding things to me.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

As is asking for only one i would pick when they were born because the moment when each of them (i have two) were born, (one is 7 the other one is turning 4 months in 2 days) were at a crucial time in my life when they were just what i needed to overcome the darkest times of my life. Looking back, they saved me, they grounded me, they held me without even knowing, it wasnt until recently after battling a tough pregnancy that i realized Mateo(7) means God’s gift and Malakai(baby) means My angel.

What would you do with $20,000?

To be honest with you, it would be such a blessing to be able to use it towards savings i already started for our own home for me and my babies. We currently live in a 2 bedroom but small apartment and we are cramped. I am currently looking at apartments and they are so expensive what makes more sense is to have our own home to build memories with and also part to God’s kingdom because he deserves all the Glory and Honor
