Being able to shape the mind of my beautiful son, providing comfort and being his peace in a world that is confusing and loud. Being a caregiver enriches my life and fills my cup up when I think I don’t have one more once of my energy in me, I look at my son and it heals things in my heart I didn’t know were broken.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?The day my son was born, I had a very complicated pregnancy with hyperemisis the whole time and got Covid a few days before I went into labor. After a really insane delivery day, to see the pure innocence of the life we made come into this world it made every single ounce of struggle and suffering worth it.
What would you do with $20,000?I would pay off my medical debt, I had to have an emergency operation when my son was 4 months old and was in the hospital for 2 weeks. Needless to say that money would be huge as I stay at home full time to take care of my 9 month old son and my elderly parents.
