Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Watching my son smile in his happy moments and watching him sleep during his most peaceful times. In essence to be truly emotionally connected.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

The moment I found out I was pregnant with him. Although he hadn’t been born yet, it’s still a memory of him. I didn’t think I could get pregnant and when I took my test with my best friend and received the results, I knew my life would be forever changed.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would take 1/3 of that money to help assist my parents who help me with my son. They have both recently been deemed handicapped and I try to help them as much as I can. Being a single mother is hard and I don’t know what I do without my parents especially my mom. Another 1/3 of the money would go towards a trust account for my son and the remaining would help pay off bills I have here at home such as mortgage in advance for a few months and as well as our medical insurance.
