I wear many hats- mother, wife, professional, advocate, & fighter. Being a super mom isn’t about being perfect—it’s about showing up.
We would like to thank you for supporting Natalja Karniouchina in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
The most rewarding part of being a mom is learning and growing alongside my child. The struggles are real—there are sleepless nights, moments of doubt, and times when everything feels overwhelming. But each challenge teaches me patience, resilience, and the power of unconditional love. As an autism mom, I’ve learned to embrace the unique journey my child is on. The small victories, like a new word or a breakthrough moment, remind me that even in struggle, there is beauty and growth.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? One memory I’ll never forget is the moment my son opened his eyes and looked at me for the first time after he was born. After hours of labor, they placed him in my arms, and as he slowly opened his eyes, we locked gazes. It felt like time stood still. In that moment, all the anticipation, the fears, and the unknowns faded away. It was just him and me, and I knew then that nothing in the world would ever be more important. That look sealed our bond, a moment of pure connection and love.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use it to lighten our load, paying off bills to ease the daily stress&putting aside savings for my kids' future, ensuring they have the opportunities they deserve. I’d take my family on a vacation to create lasting memories and give us time to reconnect. A part of it would go into investing in something that could help secure a better future for us, whether it’s a small business or new skills. It’s not just about money—it’s about building a life we’re proud of.
