The part where we watch our kids bloom; I love the uncertainty of not knowing who they are meant to be, & am in awe as I get to witness the space and shape they take in the world step by step.

The Spring we hit rock bottom; death-bed sick, broke, and stuck in a soggy spring snowstorm at a hotel. We got out to this river walkway and I noticed they'd been quiet awhile - slowly sinking in the muck by the water. Pulling them out left us all completely drenched yet we all burst out laughing. Shortly the sun came out and that flavor is something I will never forget.

I’d finish my album project; five years in the making. It’s ready to go but I lack the funds to print it. Music is my passion, and my work. In addition I'd take my family back to Altadena, lost in the LA fire, for closure & to help replace what was lost...i.e. a new pizza oven for the famous "Side Pie Pizza" to our dear friend Kevin.
