Monsia Washington

I’m a super mom because I turned struggles into strength and raised my kids to believe in themselves and chase greatness.

We would like to thank you for supporting Monsia Washington in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.

What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

limit: The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching my children grow into strong, independent individuals who chase their dreams with confidence. Knowing that my love, sacrifices, and guidance helped shape who they are today fills me with pride. Every “thank you,” every hug, and every moment they reach back to say, “I get it now, Mom,” makes it all worth it. Their growth is my reward, and their happiness is my greatest joy.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

One memory I’ll never forget is my daughter buying her first car on her own—so full of pride and independence. My oldest son turns his toughest situations into something good, showing strength and growth beyond his years. And my youngest son? I’ll always remember him sketching ideas for his own clothing line, full of passion and purpose. Each of them reminds me why being their mom is my greatest blessing.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I won $20,000, I’d invest in my children’s futures—helping my youngest son launch his clothing line, supporting my oldest as he continues to turn his life around, and blessing my daughter for her love and strength. I’d also set aside a savings cushion for peace of mind and help my mom, who’s always there for me when I need her. She deserves to feel the love and support she’s given me over the years.
