Most rewarding part of being a mom is learning how to become a better human being and empowering my daughter to be her most loved, positive, confident and fearless self in a world full of negativity and hate. The ability to give my daughter values and experiences that will help her withstand whatever life may throw her way.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

One memory with my daughter that I will never forget was her first steps at home with my parents there to support her. It meant so much because it meant her start to independence and learning to let her fall and learn at times, making sure she knew I will always be there to pick her up and try again.

What would you do with $20,000?

The prize of $20,000 would help me in affording to buy a home for my daughter and I. As a single mother I have financially been unable to put many funds towards a home as I’ve worked to make sure my daughter has the necessities every child needs, and is able to fully pursue her interests, activities and opportunities without being held back and putting the pressure of not having money on her.
