What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom is being able to pour myself into my amazing human. For me, love is her. I absolutely love navigating through life and learning more about both of us. I love seeing positive traits of my other loved ones through my daughter. And just being able to experience her little personality and presence in general is a blessing. I wouldn’t trade it or her for anything else.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

One memory of my daughter that I will never forget is the first time she walked. It’s been tough working and not being with her much. But, my first experience of her first steps with her was an unforgettable one. I remember her big smile and little giggles learning to walk. I loved seeing her struggle through it and come out of it like a complete champ.

What would you do with $20,000?

With 20,000, I would pay off our little bit of debt and put us in a house. I could afford to live with my daughter worrying less about finances. And making things happen, birthday parties, more life experiences traveling and even relocating us to a warmer state than Washington.
