We would like to thank you for supporting Megan Gonzales in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
The most rewarding part of being a mom is learning from them. As we grow older we get caught up in the day to day, and suddenly we are filled with anxiety and unable to enjoy the moment and beauty of the world. Children remind us to slow down and enjoy every moment and they remind us just how much wonder still exists in the world. Without my children I can guarantee I would be in a much darker place given my past traumas; they have given me a renewed appreciation for life & my faith in Jesus.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?My favorite memory of each child will always be the day they were born (ages 2 months, 16months, and 8 years), but my favorite of all of them together will be the day we took our first family photos with our newest addition to the family. Beautiful moments were captured that we will cherish forever.
What would you do with $20,000?We would use approximately half of the money to purchase a used van that would comfortably fit the whole family (we are currently in a RAV4) and the rest would be split in 3rds and placed into savings accounts for each of them to help fund their college/higher education.
