I’m just a mom, my kids make me super. They make me strong, brave and have taught me the most valuable lessons. They are my blessings.
We would like to thank you for supporting Marie Fuentes in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
The most reward part of being a mom is watching my children grow up before my eyes. I love hearing them tell me they will be brave just for me or the random I love you’s. It makes life worth it for me.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? My greatest memory was recent when I brought home my second daughter. My oldest watched me throughout my pregnancy and waited patiently for her sister to come home. She watched mommy go through labor pains and cried in fear. She had 1 night away from us with grandparents while Mom gave birth, but the next day when we walked in and her eyes lit up seeing her sister for the first time was beautiful. Thankfully we have it on camera!
What would you do with $20,000?Honestly, $20,000 would change my family’s life. It would be the perfect amount for a down payment on a small starter home. That’s all I really want. I would love a vacation, a new wardrobe, the coolest, newest gadgets, but I know my kids deserve a home. A backyard to play, a pool for the summers, a play room for all their toys and finally their own rooms.
