My daughter is a joy and I am blessed to be her mom. We moved to VA from Phila in 2019 for a better quality of life. We are blessed!

The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching my daughter grow and mature. She was so shy and being bullied when we lived in Phila. When we moved to VA, she was starting middle school. She found a community with her band classmates. She continued her growth in high school and joined the marching band. She is more confident than she has ever been and her future is so bright.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?I will never forget the day my daughter made the decision to get baptized and become a member of the church we attend. She told me I am her role model and she loves that I pray for her and with her every night. She wanted to be closer to God, and she made the decision totally on her own.
What would you do with $20,000?I would put half towards my daughter's college education. I would put some of it towards my student loan debt. The rest, I would help my mom, and sister. And, maybe treat myself to a spa day.
