The most rewarding part of being a mom is knowing I am a safe place for my sons, no matter the circumstances. I also love watching my sons become exactly who they are meant to be.

One of the most unforgettable moments with my sons was our very first trip to Las Vegas. Not because of the lights or the shows—but because we were discovering a new place together. First, I’d pay off my youngest son’s college debt—because watching him walk through life without that weight on his shoulders would mean everything to me. Then, I’d invest the rest in my own college education. Because dreams don’t have an expiration date—and it’s never too late to choose me, too.
