I'm a full-time state worker and I do freelance personal training and meal prepping while raising my 2-year-old nursing son. I spoil him :)

Because my son was born premature, he has trouble formulating words with a slight speech delay. As a state worker, I am able to work from home three times a week where I get to be with him most of the week. I work with him and his speech by speaking to him daily. I love seeing his character shine even without speaking, and that shows me that I'm doing the best I can as a mother. He is well-behaved in public and very friendly to others. With no family around to help us, I know we've succeeded.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?A memory I will never forget about Mason is the first time I heard him call me mama. With his speech delay, it was the most precious thing I've experienced since we worked so hard on trying to have him speak. The sign language and hand expressions were enough for us to get by, but when he called us mama and daddy was the day we will cherish forever.
What would you do with $20,000?I currently am saving for Mason's future education, I want to be able to put more towards his future. I also would use it assistance in purchasing our first home. Since we're currently renting, I want Mason to grow up in a home I know he can call and make his own.
