What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?The one memory I'll never forget is having my kids a generation apart. Having the wisdom of my oldest to helping me navigate my youngest in these current times.
What would you do with $20,000?I would definitely use this as a down payment on buying the home I'm currently renting before my owner sells, so we don't have to worry about moving ever again. We've been here 13 yrs. I really could use this boost for sure! This would be my first ever home purchase and it's literally 5 doors down from my parents whom I take care of. I'm 45 and would love to be the new owner of this home.
