We would like to thank you for supporting Kyla James in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.

What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

It is a privilege to provide a safe, secure, fun, and structured environment for my son, enabling him to pursue his aspirations and reach his full potential.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

One time my son decided to make his own marshmellow fluff/pb sandwish b/c. He put a whole bunch of m/mellows A bowl and microwaved them until they were gooey. The proceeded to scoop the m/m onto a piece of bread added the peanut butter and failed.to wash his leaving goop and p/b all over his hands face everywhere. It was so cute I just had to laugh. Then I had him help me clean up. We need to be responsible! 🙂

What would you do with $20,000?

My husband is chronically ill and has been on disability for 13 years. He was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2010, and since then he has suffered from GAD, CIPD, autism, severe manic depression, and malnutrition because his body does not absorb nutrients due to an MTHFR gene mutation. I would use this money to ensure my son has his needs met—food, clothes, etc.—and I would send my husband to a care clinic where they run every test possible and will not rest until they find out what is wrong w/
