Being mom is playing many different roles for your family, work and personally. In our ASD home we take challenges head on or outside the box
We would like to thank you for supporting Krystal lugo in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
Seeing my son’s growth, with ASD he was struggling with connections and daily task. We try to give him alternative ways to handle life’s task and person. But sticking to a routine and building confidence he is now in 8th grade first time making honor roll and student of the month has been an amazing reward. He has been growing so much and moving outside of comfort zone.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?A core memory is going my son see snow for the first time and being so excited to stay in a cabin. Excitement is not something we normally see, so when it happens we cherish it. He still talks about till this day and even says he wants to move to be in the snow.
What would you do with $20,000?I want to buy a home this year and this would help with a down payment and stability for my son. He starts high school next year and would love for him to have stability with the neighborhood we are in with friends. It’s a goal for my family this year.
