At just two years old, my boy was diagnosed with autism. I’ve been on a mission to help him as much as I possibly can. Which is why Im A RBT
We would like to thank you for supporting Kristen Kwasniak in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
Watching his progress and seeing how is coming up in the world. Just three years ago he wasn’t vocal. Now at almost 5 years old, he graduated out of speech therapy, in prekindergarten and set to start kindergarten fall of 2026. He’s such an amazing tiny human.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?Due to his autism, he wasn’t really affectionate. He didn’t really like being hugged or kissed when he was younger. There was one night we were getting ready for bed and I said “give mama a kiss.” And he did! I was in total shock.
What would you do with $20,000?He doesn’t know it yet but for his 5th birthday we are celebrating in Florida at Disney world. I will put some of the money towards that and put the rest back in savings. It would allow me to take off a week from work to just be with him. I feel like I’ve been missing out on so much due to working. I want to soak up the time I have left before he’s grown up.
