Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

It’s not just one thing—it’s everything. From trying to get pregnant, to pregnancy, birth, and overcoming struggles, to watching my child grow, learn, and laugh. The peaceful and loving moments warm my heart and make any difficult moment melt away. Overcoming struggles makes me feel like a warrior. Motherhood is the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but it’s also the most rewarding. Every challenge we’ve faced fades in comparison to the love, joy, and growth we’ve shared.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

There are so many beautiful moments, but recently our first snow day stands out. Everyone said it wouldn’t snow—but it did! It was my child’s first time seeing, touching, and playing in snow. He looked like a marshmallow puff in his snow gear. We made snow angels, had a snowball fight, and built the cutest snowman. Watching his joy, laughter, and wonder made it magical. It’s a memory I’ll always cherish.

What would you do with $20,000?

I’d love to say I’d use it to treat myself, but realistically, I’d be responsible and put it toward paying off school and other debts. It would be incredibly helpful, and I’d be more than grateful to win.
