I had my baby when I was a junior in college and even after I had her I continued to pursue my education. My #1 priority is my daughter.
We would like to thank you for supporting Kimberly Lara in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
Seeing my daughter meet every milestone and feeling a mix of excitement, happiness and sadness. Also seeing her face of happiness anytime I see her and the feeling that she thinks that’s in the best mom even in days when I feel exhausted.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? The memory I will never forget is the day that I had to leave her in my moms care for the first time. I had to go to school that day and it broke my heart to leave her but I know that one day she will be proud of me and will always know that any dreams that she may have are possible if she works hard enough for it. I want to give her a better life but I know that I have to make those small sacrifices to make it happen.
What would you do with $20,000?I would finish renovating the home that we currently live in because it is only half renovated and I want a better space for my daughter to live in so that she can also have her own room and space. I would also use it to buy a better car to transport myself and my daughter in because my car has a lot of problems.
