Kiley Liddell

My days are packed with endless energy—chasing after a toddler, handling tantrums, and constantly being “on.” Being a single mom is hard!

What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding thing about being a mother is the deep, unconditional love and connection you share with your child. Watching them grow, learn, and develop into their own person brings a unique sense of joy and fulfillment. Seeing their little milestones—whether it’s their first smile, first steps, or first time saying “I love you”—makes all the challenges worth it. Plus, knowing that you play a vital role in shaping their life and providing them with love, security, & guidance is everything!

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

Seeing my daughter’s first steps. It’s in that moment that I realized—this is just the beginning. The first of many steps she’ll take in life, and I get the gift of being able to be there, cheering her on every time.

What would you do with $20,000?

By carefully dividing the $20,000 between housing stability, educational investments for my daughter, an emergency fund, and personal development, I would create a comprehensive plan that addresses both our present needs and future aspirations. This balanced approach ensures that my daughter grows up in a secure environment, with more opportunities for educational and personal growth, all while alleviating the immediate financial pressures of single parenthood.
