Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

To me, it’s watching my children grow up to be good people and God-fearing people. When I see them helping others helping us as their parents and just all around good humans I think OK this is good. I have a great family who I love and with God‘s help, we raise seven beautiful children And the family is growing.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

We took a two week vacation several years ago with the kids before they all started growing up and getting married and we just traveled through several states and just spent time together laughing talking visiting with each other learning more about each other. I think vacations are important for a family it’s time to get away from all the hustle and bustle of thingsand my husband is a big fan of turn the phones off when we’re together leave the phones down let’s communicate and it was great!!!!

What would you do with $20,000?

Honestly, I’d probably split it between my seven children because me and my husband have a nice life and we’ve got to do things and enjoy things and I just I like sharing and I like helping my kids and I know it’s not a huge amount but it would be something that maybe they could use for something they needed!! I did that with the money I got after my mother passed away. I took the money we got from her house and I’m pretty much spent it all on my children doing trips together, helping them out.
