Putting my son first and making sacrifices so he can have an easier life. I’m currently putting myself through college full time.
We would like to thank you for supporting Kiara Cullom in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
The most rewarding part of being a mom is seeing my son be confident, a good leader, taking initiative and getting things done, making good grades and seeing him succeed in sports. Our advanced conversations are nice. We motivate and encourage each other. He’s not your normal teenager he’s humble and love to help others and volunteer. My son’s father was murdered when he was 8, this trauma alone could negatively shape a child but my son is the strongest kid I know. His relationship with God.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? We love being one with nature but one memory of my kid I will never forget is him praying growing up. He would pray for me and his family. He always included the whole word, the grieving, the sick, the poor and the homeless. He thinks about the forgotten, he’s wise beyond his years. I found this very beautiful especially since I really needed this that day.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000, I can access a better life for my son and make a difference in life. I would for sure take my son on a vacation because he has never flown before. I could focus on school (art therapy) not worrying about bills. I believe the blessed bless. I would start a non profit organization that help kids/family with a decease parent creating a safe space for kids and families. It’s been on my heart so this would help getting started funding wise. Thank you for your time and consideration.
