Kendra Rudd

A car wreck that left me handicapped & emergency back surgeries in pregnancy, but I don't give up. My babies are why I keep going.

What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Seeing my kids thrive, with both having issue. One has a stomach disease that we battle, while the other is severely dyslexic. Yet, they keep charging ahead, thriving and growing. And they make my heart swell every day. I have never loved people as much as I love my babies.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

What may be silly to some, I enjoyed greatly. The first time that my babies worked together and "played in the dirt," digging up worms and bugs. She was four and he was almost two. We managed to have fun while I also got some terrific pictures of them having fun with the little critters of the earth.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would pay off the medical bills that have plagued us due to all of my surgeries. And then maybe we could even buy a home and give our kids that "base" before they grow up and move out of our home.
