Kellie Landing

Being a mom hasn’t been the most easy for me. Being an autism mom and a Nicu momma. But I make it work and I love my boys! They're my life!

What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Seeing my children learn new things. Being told my oldest son mind is at a 12-24 month child when he is 10 years old. Seeing my youngest baby overcome so many things and teaching his older brother new things. It’s actually so cool to see them grow and learn and see what interests them.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

Probably their births. My first son I gave birth during a blizzard. Had to walk back and forth three times to the hospital. My second son was born at thirty three weeks. Very traumatic, I was so scared. I had to be cut open. He was so little spending 73 days in Nicu.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would help pay off some debt. When I had my last baby, having him so early it really through my life into a whim. I had to get many loans and max out all my credit cards just to make sure my bills were paid and we had food to eat. Even though he’s going to be two, still recovering from that. And maybe a trip, treat the boys. We’ve never been anywhere. 20,000 is a huge blessing!
