Seeing my children grow up to be loving humans. Seeing them show compassion, kindness and understanding is my motivation on the darkest days.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

My eldest, Eli was born 15 weeks premature. He spent months in the NICU and fought so hard to be here. After he came home he was on oxygen and had stopped breathing, I had to perform CPR until the paramedics came and he was taken via ambulance back to the hospital. It was the scariest moment of my life but also showed me the lengths I was willing to go for my children without a moments notice.

What would you do with $20,000?

$20,000 would literally change our lives. I have been working really hard to save money and improve my credit to be able to buy a home. The current state of our economy continues to push this goal further and further from reality. Having $20,000 to put towards a home to give my children stability would be amazing. We could have a kitchen table to eat dinner and do homework at... my daughter could have her own bedroom finally after sharing with me for 3 years.
