Sounds cliche but as my kids get older, watching them mold into the people they are to become. The older they get, the more freedom they have to be themselves and watching them make those choices, seeing how they choose to respond to different situations THAT is rewarding because although they’re each so different, you see them at their core all being kind hearted, confident, ambitious and intelligent in the choices they make each day and that makes me feel like I am doing my job right.

Our family (3 boys Aciani, Gabriel, Santiago and daughter Selena who passed) have been through so much both good and bad times. From Miguel legally adopting Aciani and Gabriel, Selena’s passing, vacations traveling, buying our home, etc. We always talk about our Disney trip and all the little adventures from Aciani making us call the rescue at Hollywood studios because he got sunscreen in his eyes (we laugh now lol) to just the way Gabriel says “DUCK TALES!”

Honestly the first thing I would do would plan a family vacation. We haven’t had the funds to travel since before Selena Was born, so Santiago has never traveled and the older boys truly miss it. I would like them to see new places and I want Santi to have those memories with us too. We would use the remaining funds to pay off debts (we recently needed to take out loans for new windows and a new heating system) in hopes that would relieve us enough to be able to do small activities this summer.
